Foundry is equipped with all latest equipments suitable for No bake and CO2 process under hand molding including two induction furnaces with 1.5 and 1.0 Tons capacity. Also, installed are two Heat Treatment furnaces, Water Quenching, Shot Blasting, Pickling and Passivation equipments, Machine shop, Pressure Testing and other related facilities..
In house Laboratory supported with Spectrometer, UTM, Impact Testing, Pyrometer, Hardness Testing, Micro Structural Analyser, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetration, Radiography and Pressure Testing facilities.
