KARTAL PJSC is 100% private property of GABRO JSC, Bulgaria. The company is specialized in production of knitted fabrics; sportswear for children, women, men; artificial casing from polyacril and woven fabric.

The production capacity
The company has a capacity for:
-Clothes of knitwear - 100 t/month
-Artificial casing and casing - - 50 000 m/month
-Ready-made sportswear - - 40 000 pcs./month

Production structure
Knitted wear - 100% Cotton; C/Polyester; Viscose/P; P/V; C/PAN; Polyester silk; Viscose silk
Artificial casing and casing - PAN fabric, wool in different correlation
The activity of the company is organized on the technological principle in 4 basic productions: knitting, dyeing, manufacture of ready-made clothes and artificial casing. We produce a big scale of knitted wear fabrics: double fleece, single jersej, interlock, pique, netting, artificial casing from wool and PAN; overalls, long jackets and blouses with winter-lining; bathing gowns and morning wraps; knitted sweatshirts, blouses; all kind of children wear.
At present the company is producing the above-mentioned assortment for Germany, Switzerland and Spain. The brigades for ready-made clothes number 140 persons and the company`s staff is 330 persons altogether.

Technological equipment consists of:
circular knitting machines Komet, Karat, Single jersey, Orizio - Italy, Metin - Czech Republik, Textima - Germany;
automatic flat knitting machines Kars 12 fine;
machines for knitting of artificial casing LP - 13 pcs.;
high temperature finishing machine Henrixen and wide-drying machine Bruekner.
KARTAL only uses high-quality raw materials and dyes of branch`s leaders suppliers (Bezema, Sandoz - Switzerland, Bayer, BASF - Germany).
All the articles are conformable to ISO 9000.
