Automatic brake slack adjuster is mainly composed of one way clutch and flexible sensible mechanism. It was developed by HeLi Automobile Parts Co., Ltd on the basis of exploration of new theory and engineering, improvement and innovation, which is applied to medium and high rank buses, heavy-duty trucks and trailers with S cam drum brake. Currently we have automatic adjuster for chassis of different types. Moreover we can design all kinds of automatic slack adjuster to fit for various of chassis according to requirement of customers.
Advantages will be as following:
(1) Consistent clearance between shoe and drum to ensure brake safety and reliability.
(2) Short pushrod stroke of wheel braking cylinder so that brake is swift and effective.
(3) Reduction of compressed air loss and the life of air compressor, wheel braking cylinder and other parts in air compressed system is extended.
(4) Brake performance of all wheels are consistent and stable.
(5) No need manual adjustment, reduce repair times to extend the interval for maintenance.
(6) Adjusting mechanism is covered in housing which will protect it from damp, contamination and collision.
