Distal cutter is made with blend of stainless steel to make its structure without pitting/corrosions/scratches. Distal cutter is precisely aligned for a highly efficient and long lasting wire cutter. Distal cutter size, shape, handle, length and weight are ideal for comfort and confidence, in addition to corrosion resistance; its surface (Satin, Mirror and Gold plated area) is easy to clean. Distal cutter undergoes a rigorous inspection and testing process with excessive thickness from the optimum range of the wire or rectangular strip to ensure the highest quality to the profession. Maximum cutting capacity- hard round wire up to. 02 rectangular wires up to. 022 x. 028 and standard wire.
Distal cutter designed for cutting wires have a high carbon content and carbide tip, making them especially susceptible to corrosion during the cleaning and sterilization process. Autoclave able distal cutter provides good working condition for each patient without the risk of transmitting infectious diseases. Distal cutter used for cutting distal wires in the patient mouth, it shears cuts hard wires and safe holds the loose wires.

CLEANING & STERILIZATION
The ultrasonic cleaner removes debris and contamination from the Distal better than hard scrubbing and lessens the risk of sharps injuries. Instrument cassette, pouches and other item should be arranged in the sterilizer to allow for complete penetration of the sterilizing agent, wrapped cassette and pouches should be allowed to dry in the sterilizer before they are removed the handle because of microorganisms. Sterile storage should be in a separate enclosed area to prevent cross contamination of the sterile packages
