Procedures to follow for Icumsa 45 White Refined Sugar

1. Buyer issues LOI or ICPO and BCL or RWA Information with authorization to verify funds

Payment terms: FFDLC or FFSBLC or BG

2. Seller confirms the availability and price with a FCO.
3. Buyer confirms the FCO agreed in terms & Price, sign, seal.
4. Seller sends the Draft Contract with full terms and conditions.
5. The Buyer signs it, seal and send hard copies contract back to seller by fax or e-mail. If seller and buyer both agree, then the seller
will mail via DHL or Fed Ex five original copies to the buyer.
6. Buyer opens a non-operative FFSBLC OR FFDLC OR B.G.irrevocable, Transferable, Unencumbered, unconditional, 100% at sight send a copy via e-mail in the name of the Seller.

7. Seller sends P.O.P in form of the letter from the manufacturer/ port-plant Confirming the product to the buyer▓s bank, and will post a 2% Performance Bond For the transaction.

8. With POP and PB presented to the buyer▓s bank, the non operative FFSBLC OR FFDLC. OR B.G. 100% value of contract

9. Loading Initiates as per Scheduled supplied in the contract (30 to 45 days) from the date of receiving an operative payment instrument.

10. S.G.S Report at loading port in Brazil.

Commercial Invoice
Ocean, clean Bill of Lading marked freight prepaid, blank to the order of:
SGS or other, certificate of quantity and quality
Fumigation certificate
Health certificate
Phytosanitary certificate
Radiation certificate
Certificate of origin
Packing list
And any other document which may be required by the port authorities at the destination port.
