Sticks
Guaranteed output of each stick pack machine:
420 sticks/minute (1.260 in total)
Target output:450/460 sticks/minute (1.350/1.380 in total)
Stick Size: 25 x 110 mm, 4 mm wide vertical seal. Totalling 6.380 mm2
Length-Adjustable from min. 50 mm to a max. standard, depending on foreseen width to match product’s volume
requirements.
Filling System: Servodriven augers. One servo each auger.
The filler is micro-metrically adjustable while machine is running and can be previously (before start) fine-adjusted on each single lane independently.
Horizontal Cut: Serrated (zig-zag)
Pack Material: Laminated flexible material

Thickness:290 gr/m2
Size:120 x 70 x 130 H mm =40 pcs;120 x 70 x 250 H mm =80 pcs
Lid Savings: Top and bottom lids will have the minimum required width.
Closure: The machine will glue top and bottom.
The supply consists of:
Two Omag CS/10 Stick Pack Machines, with auger filler and accessories.
Two Omag feed lug conveyors with counting basket, delivering lots of counted sticks to the cartoner bucket conveyor.
One V108M Cartoner including:
-Size parts for 40 and 80 count (changeover time: 10/15 minutes)
-Carton top and bottom Hot-Melt glueing head
-Date / Code embossing system.
Two Bucket Conveyors, one for each of the initially supplied stickpack machines. Receiving sticks from Omag counting basket and delivering them to the counting and feeding heads. One is 3 mt long and the other 6 mt long.
Three Counting and Feeding Heads. Delivering lots of sticks into cartons, Including the bottom plate that lowers at each insertion of stick lots inside cartons and ensuring their gently setting.
Two heads will be initially utilized for connection with the two delivered stickpack machines.
One head will be available for future integration with additional third stickpack Machine.
Spare parts for all initially supplied 2 stickpack m/cs and one cartoner.
