Product Description:

1. Buyer sends LOI and BCL.
2. After Seller acceptance, Seller signs and returns the LOI with draft contract.
3. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller executes the contract and sign NCND and MFPA.
4. Buyer‘s bank will swift proof of funds to seller’s bank, Bank to Bank Only
5. Seller’s bank will issue a non-operative 2% PBG performance bond Guarantee in
favor of buyer including full set of proof of product (POP) swift to buyer’s bank,
Bank to bank only
6. After verification on the POP by buyer, Buyer’s bank will send the final wording of DL/C for seller’s approval.

7. Buyers bank issue 100% irrevocable, non transferable, revolving, DLC for the value of one month delivery which will activates the 2% PBG.
8. All SGS inspection charges will be the responsibility of the seller.
9. Shipment commence as per contract.
10. After each delivery, Buyer releases payment / commission to all Brokers/Agents the same time as the payment to the seller for each shipment. The contract commences.

Buyer pays tariff costs to pipeline for transportation by Transneft after successful verification of the POP and issuance of the 2% PBG by the seller.
