Product Details UNDERFLOOR HEATING CABLES Thermopads Pvt. Ltd Product Description: FLOOR HEATING CABLES - for in concrete or slab heating Floor heating cables (FHC) are designed for installation in new homes, outdoors for driveways, parking lots, gutters, snow melting on roofs. They are aptly suited for large areas, indoors and out doors like green houses, sports fields or factories. CONSTRUCTION FHC comprise of multistrand or coiled heating elements, provided with a primary insulation of fluoropolymer, then metal shielding and secondary insulation of PVC. They terminate on cold leads of 2. 5m length. Single conductor cables (FHCS) have about 4. 0mm final outer diameter and have cold leads on both ends, while twin conductor cables (FHCT) have about 5. 3mm final outer diameter and have cold leads at one end. FEATURES Standards-Meets all test requirements of IEC 60800. Approvals-FHC-T carries SEMKO & FIMKO certification. User-friendly-Works from under the floor, silent and unobservative. Cost-effective-Under floor heating provides heat where required, resulting in optimal heat utilization and minimal losses. Sturdy-Robust fluoropolymer insulation backed with metal shielding enables its use in rough conditions. A uniquely designed hot to cold junction makes the termination 100% foolproof. Flexibility-Can be laid on any area, or any layout, as may be desired. Safety-Thermostats backed by optional over current protection and GFCI, ensures total protection and safety. DIY-Do-It-Yourself kits, with clear instruction manuals, makes the cable very user-friendly.
