1:TOUGHENED STEEL
Toughened glass is produced by common glass which was cooled suddenly when heated to soft point, the two side of glass, and the middle side then produce tensile stress make the whole stress balance.
2:Hollow glass
Hollowed glass is composed of two several glassed which separated by aluminum alloy frame, the frame and glass are sealed again by poly-bond or structural adhesive after using butyl glue. Because every layer are separated by dry air.
3:LAMINATED GLASS
Laminated glass is composed of two or several glassed with indomitable PVB film coating, and then put the combination into high-pressure boiler for fusing residual air into coating by high temperature and pressure after combined by hot press machine exhaust the as much air as possible.
4:color-glazed toughened glass
A glass with rich color, beautiful pattern and toughened glass character after applying non-transparent glaze to plate glass surface and cooling rapidly after sintering name glazed colored toughened glass.
5:Coated glass
Coated glass is the product of float plate glass after which applied metal of metallic oxide coating on. Making the float glass reflex solar, translueidus and reflectivity at the same time, effect mapping on construction
6:Emulsified glass
Emulsified glass also called mat (ground forest) glass, applying evenly mat (ground forest) liquid to the common glass’ or toughened glass’ surface, and then rinse and drying. The color of mat (ground forest) glass is ivory, so we also call it emulsified glass. Emulsified glass can be screen-printed, and can form vivid patterm on glass.
7:Edge-ground glass
The flat glass cut can meet different kinds of requirement after copying camber edging called edge-ground glass.
8:Bullet-proof glass
Bullet-proof glass is a glass interlayer, which is multi-layer glass and film ever made, with a total thickness of 20 mm or more in general, the higher the bullet-proof glass for the total thickness of 50mm.
