PROCEDURES:

Buyer accepts this FCO signs, seals and returns to Seller with BCL.
Upon receipt of this signed and sealed FCO and BCL, the Seller issues draft contract to Buyer.

1. The Buyer issue ICPO with BCL from top 25 World Bank. (The BCL will be addressed to the Seller's bank directly).

2. Within 3 banking day Buyer’s bank confirms by SWIFT MT 799 to Seller’s bank Buyer’s financial capacity to perform as per terms and conditions of this Agreement. (Swift verbiage text has to send to seller for approval in advance) – (Remark: If buyer sends the BCL as proposed by us in Annex A, which BCL confirms payment, and then this step can be omitted)
3. Upon verification and acceptance of Buyer’s bank confirmation, Seller provides to Buyer with the confirmation of Proof of Product by swift from Seller’s bank.

4. Within 1 banking day, Buyer’s Bank issues Letter of Undertaking to pay 100% of the invoi
