Product Description:

This In-Ground Asset Funding program is provided via a Wall Street conduit to a hedge fund.

If you own in-ground assets such as Gold, Diamonds, Silver, Platinum, Oil, Gas and other marketable commodities, this fund can provide up to 100% (One Hundred Percent) of its value, minus points, fees and a reserve for mining operations if the mine is not operating.

It CAN be used to purchase a mine that has assets as collateral.

Note: No funding source will perform due diligence on a project for free. Nor will ours. The expense for Due Diligence is $10,000 US. It does NOT have to be paid with the application, only after the fund has reviewed the docuiments and decided it is a fundable deal. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THIS PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS. We do NOT benefit from this fee at all.

Here's the procedure:

1. You sign our NCNDA and Fee Agreement.
2. You provide Legal Proof of Ownership of the ground and its assets.
3. You provide current Geologicals.
4. You provide current appraisals from legitimate, reputable experts.
5. We receive your documents, review them for completeness, and submit them to the hedge fund for their review.
6. If the hedge fund representatives are convinced this is a fundable deal, a conference call is scheduled with the fund representative to answer questions and clarify any issues.
7. If you and the fund are in agreement, the due diligence fee is paid along with the signed service agreement.
8. The fund processes the paperwork, does its due diligence, and sets a closing.

The entire process can take up to 120 days depending on the quality of the information provided.
