Taiyu Knitting Dyeing & Finishing Co., Ltd. was founded as Anyang underwear factory before. Located at the downtown of Anyang city and national highway 107, our factory covers an area of 77mu and is divided into 4 sections: weft knitting, dyeing and finishing, finished garment and printing. we enjoy the most complete textile equipment, there are 1,000 sets of equipment and advanced inspection facilities in Huayu. Weft knitting factory has groove traverse drum machine, loop wheel machine, cotton wool machine, rib knitting machine, Japan large round machine, high speed rib knitting machine, German high speed rib knitting machine, three-lead woof machine and flat machine from Taiwan. Dyeing and finishing factory has Taiwan electrical controlled overflow dyeing machine, oxygen-chlorine bleaching machine, nappin machine, drier and cylinder typesetting machine and Japan calendar. Finished garment factory has 600 set of eauipment, 70% are Japan high speed sewing machines, 30% are domestic machines and Japan computer embroidery machines. The printing factory can print the cloth in plate or machine. Our inspection equipment include raw yarn inspector, strength tester of cloth, squeezing machine and drier.

Taiyu can process the material in steps or in a complete series from raw yarn to finished garment. Weft knitting can produce 250 tons of products each month, the dyeing and finishing factory processes 250 tons of materials each month, and we are expanding its throughput now. Finished garment factory can produce 0.7 million pieces of clothes every month.

Taiyu has abundant production experience, production method and good management level. We have 4 types and hundreds of products, including shirt vest, cotton interlock singlet and, stretch shirt and trousers and woolen sweater & trousers. 70% of them are exported to over 50 countries and regions, such as Canada, USA, Jap
