Trade Lead Description:

These are more reliable and accurate replacements for Mechanical thermostats, which are used for preventing de-icing of the evaporator in a car A/c. The set temperature can be controlled to an accuracy of ± 0.5° C rendering it as a more accurate and reliable unit.

The Electronic Thermostat controls the temperature of the evaporator in car air conditioning systems
Accuracy: ± 0.5 °C
Operating temperature: - 40°C to + 85°C
Working voltage: 9V to 16Vdc
Nominal working voltage: 12Vdc
Humidity: 95%

The Electronic Thermostat comprises of a thermal sensor (NTC type thermistor probe) and an electronic control switch. The thermistor probe senses the evaporator’s out air temperature. Depending on the temperature sensed, the electronic switch turns ON/OFF the air-conditioner compressor through the relay. This prevents the evaporator core from freezing.
