Trade Lead Description: Need investor that can provide the necessary funds for purchase of BG. Investor must be able to provide Proof of Funds (POF - 79% of price) & enter into a Joint Venture (JV) with the Buyer for the purchase of a Top Prime Bank BG. Investor would only need to show POF per the procedures below. Within the time necessary to pay the first 15% of price, the BG instrument will be placed on a trading platform returning the JV the necessary money to pay the 15% of price plus more. DETAILS ON THE BG INSTRUMENT TO ASSUME FOR TRADE. 100M EUROS - PRICE IS 78+1 1. Buyer to submit documents, LOI, CIS, FPA; Seller to countersign. 2. Buyer to show POF via MT799 commitment to pay for instrument. 3. Seller to confirm availability & readiness to transfer instrument. 4. Seller transfers instrument via MT760. 5. Buyer to authenticate & pay within 15 days, but only 15% of price. Buyer can pay the rest of it within the next set of 15 days. Payment is via MT103 (unconditional). There are no upfront fees.
