Seller's bank sends Conditional POP to Buyer's bank. Shipment and delivery 6. Buyer instructs his bank to issue POF to seller's designated bank on bank-to-bank basis. 7. Seller's bank after verifying the POF authenticity then send their FULL POP to Buyer's bank on bank to bank basis. 8. Buyer's bank verifies POP authenticity ASAP.
