These specifications are per the South African Macadamia Growers Association guidelines. All product is dried to 1.5% moisture content before packing. Product is nitrogen flushed and vacuum packed in metallized polyester (foil laminated) bags. Pack size is 25 lbs (11.34 kg).
Quantity in 20 ft container is approx. 15 metric tons or 1320 cartons.
First shipment is expected to be early May 2005.
